| We ask that all our guests dress appropriately for the evening meal. A refund for half board and other services which have not been used is not possible. Room Service: € 4.- to € 7.- Dogs: A fee of € 10.- per day (without food, please bring your own dog basket and blankets). Please note that your 4 legged friends are not allowed in the dining and wellness areas. Garage: We would be happy to arrange a space in our own parking garage at a price of € 15 per day. Arrival and Departure: On the day of departure your room is available to you until 11:00. Please note that on arrival your room will normally not be available until 15:00. Cancellation fees: Room cancellations are only accepted in writing. Up to 3 months before the start of your holiday we charge no cancellation fee, up to 1 month before your arrival we charge a fee of 40% of the overall price. By 1 week before the date of arrival we charge 70% of the total agreed price. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival we charge a fee of 90% of the overall price. See here.
